• No standalone distribution, upload or sale of the recording.
• No sampling, remixing, material alteration, stem extraction or use to train artificial-intelligence systems unless expressly approved in writing.
• No defamatory, unlawful, misleading or unauthorized endorsement use.
• No exclusivity, perpetual use or use in additional projects unless expressly written.

9. Representations and project review
